Thyroxine blood test

Hi I am due another blood test for my thyroxine levels, should I take my 75 mg

Before I go for the test or after.

In the past I have always taken the med befor the test, but now thinking that maybe

I shouldn't have.

Advise would be most helpful

Barbslk, take Levothyroxine after the blood draw. Taking it before means the thyroxine will be peaking in your blood and may give a false high FT4 level.
