Can't sleep

Have up my Levothyroxine to 75mg and a 5mcg of liothyronne and next day I take 50mg Levothyroxine and approximately 7.5 mcg as I cut a 5 mcg tablet in half .theday I take that dose I can't sleep to about 4 in the morning ,can't understand why this is happening to me

I take now in afternoon around 1.30 but was taking before at 6 in morning with my levo but felt so dreadful so changed timing and feel a lot better if I could sleep ,

Maggiemay, as it's the extra 2.5mcg T3 which seems to be affecting your sleep you might try taking 2.5mcg with your Levo in the morning, or even at bedtime to see whether sleep improves. Bedtime sounds counter intuitive but many people find taking T3 at night aids sleep.

Feel very cold this afternoon so think I must be under medicated ,will try and do my temperature every morning again ,although temperature drops a few hours after I take my medicine for some reason and then goes back up ,it was 36.4 last night when I couldn't sleep
