Amanda, the surgery will have had an effect on your levels, endos and surgeons don't acknowledge this but many members on the PTH forum have had this happen. I had PTH surgery a year ago and it took many months for my levels to settle.
Amandajl, TSH 0.02 isn't a problem. It's possible that parathyroid surgery interfered with your thyroid gland and it may need time to settle down. I wouldn't reduce dose until after your next thyroid test, and then only if FT3 is over range.
