Anyone takin L Glutamine powder with levo? If so is it okay to ...thanks!

Trying to fix leaky gut which might help thyroid? Trying to sort me out, anyone know if its okay to take the powder l glutamine with levo? Thanks in advance.

Should not affect but you can take l-gluta before bedtime as well. With l-gluta to fix leaky gut take vitamin A. Cod liver oil with added vitamin A worked really good for me. Was taking both for a month then reduced vitamin A.

I've taken L-Glutamine powder and had no problems with it. A bit of advice about how to take it :

"Take glutamine with cold or room temperature foods or liquids. It should not be added to hot beverages because heat destroys glutamine."

I take L'Glutamine for IBS. I take it first thing in the morning before breakfast.I'm on T3 only, though.
