Switch from T3 only to NDT

I am currently on approx 50mcg of T3 split into 3 doses of 15mcg plus a small dose at bedtime. I wd like to try NDT and have purchased Thyroid-s from Thailand. Am wondering what should my starting dose be and should the dose be split or shd it be taken all at once.

Caze, 1 grain NDT is equivalent to 25mcg T3. Why not split the dose in the same way you did T3 initially, and try 2 x split doses morning and bedtime in a few weeks.
