Levo and Ferrous sulphate

Hi quick ? I start on Levo today 25 micrograms can i still take my iron tablets and my review of Levo GP said 8 weeks i tho it should be 4 to 5 weeks and best time to take them Please.....

Iron should be taken 4 hours apart from levo.

I was thinking of taking evening time rather than morning reason being some of the the other vits i take interfere with each other so have to take times apart think things are starting to run better now im am hoping now Levo will help along with my b12 injections Thank you for reply

I don't know if you were referring above to levo or iron. You can certainly take levo at bedtime as long as you leave 2 to 2.5 hours after eating so your stomach is empty. Food can interfere with the uptake of hormones and as above iron has to be 4 hours apart from levo.

As long as you don't take them at the same time. Take them with a couple of hours in between.

Im taking Levo at night now so i can fit in my 3 times a day iron plus couple of other meds and fit in meals very confusing Thank you for your reply..
