BunnyTiffany, TSH >2 and FT4 and FT3 low in range indicate your thyroid is struggling. NHS won't usually make a diagnosis until TSH is >5.5 or FT4 <10.3. Arrange future thyroid tests early in the morning when TSH is highest, and fast (water only) as TSH drops post-prandially.

B12 is low, 1,000 is optimal. NHS won't prescribe because 264 is within range but you can buy methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges, spray or patches and supplement. I suggest 5,000mcg daily for 6-8 weeks then reduce to 1,000mcg daily. Take a B Complex vitamin to keep the other B vitamins balanced. Folate is good.
Ferritin is also low, half way through range is optimal. Supplement iron and take each tablet with 500mg-1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.
VitD is very low. Supplement 7,500iu D3 for 8-12 weeks then reduce to 5,000iu daily until April and retest.
Globulin is a group of simple proteins. This link explains why globulin is tested and why it may be low labtestsonline.org.uk/under... A one-off low result is unlikely to be significant when your other liver and kidney function tests are normal.

Thanks so much for your reply I was prescribed B12 injections last year as my B12 finally dropped below 150 (I had the lower section of my intestine removed several years ago). GP has prescribed me more B12 and Vitamin D capsules which is good. She also offered me thyroxine as I have been suffering from so many debilitating symtoms for so long. I would much rather try a natural desiccated thyroid extract, so would be appreciative of advise of where to buy as I'm not sure if it available on the NHS. I will also take an Iron and Vitamin C supplement. I also came away with a script for blood pressure, it's been too high for too long. I just can't wait to feel well again.
BunnyTiffany, The majority of people do well on Levothyroxine when they are optimally medicated. It can take a few months until you are optimally medicated as Levothyroxine has to be titrated gradually, but the same is applicable to NDT which is rarely available on the NHS. UK doctors aren't trained to use NDT or to interpret the blood results so it would be easier to start with Levothyroxine and switch to NDT in 6-12 months if Levothyroxine isn't working for you.
