Anyone know of any issues with liothyronine as my chemists can't get any in. They have been trying since 20/10. I am starting to run low now.

I don't take NHS T3 so any shortages don't affect me. From now on when you get a prescription phone up various pharmacies and ask if they can fill the prescription. Don't just rely on one chemist.

I get mine from Boots, had some last week.

If you have a real, paper prescription, consider trying one of the many UK internet pharmacies. See here:

nhs.uk/Service-Search/pharm...

(Electronic prescriptions rob you of these choices - especially when there are supply issues.)

I have just had my usual prescription of T3 through Boots on NHS. They do have to order it in as I am the only person on Liothyronine but only a couple of days wait as usual.

I usually get it through Tesco and they are usually really good. But they tried 3 separate suppliers and nothing yet. I have some thyroxine but it doesn't really work for me. I have my prescription through the NHS all the local chemists are the same, no one keeps it in.
