How best to take T3

I am starting T3 shortly and I'm wondering when to take it. I had planned to split up one 25 mcg tablet into quarters and take a quarter tablet for a month,then see how I feel. Also do I take it one hour before food with water only? I normally have tea first thing --- I assume that is not a good ideas. 💁

Thomas29, take it with water one hour before food and drink, or two hours after. No need to sacrifice your morning cuppa

I take 3x25mcg tablets of T3 at seven am. I wait a full hour before eating or drinking anything (with the exception of water, obvs).

Then I have a final half of a 25mcg tablet at about six pm. This suits me very well. When I first began T3, I upped the dose by half a tablet a week and monitored my pulse and temps several times every day.
