I was about 54kg when I consulted my GP about loosing eye lashes.
After being diagnosed with Hypo and hashi, stared with thyroxine, then Elthroxine and now t3
My weight is 61kg and I hate it. I am female and through osteoporosis have lost height so it's not a prety picture. I have to look at treats and imagine I' eating them.

I think you should be looking at nutritional deficiencies.
vit D
vit B12
folate
iron
ferritin
should all be optimal for your body to be able to use the hormone you're taking.
Remember, the blood test only measures what's in the blood. It doesn't tell you how much is getting into the cells. And it won't get into the cells if you have nutritional deficiencies.
And it doesn't matter how good your diet is. If you are hypo you will have difficulty absorbing nutrients.
And if you are losing height, you are probably low in magnesium - most people are due to depleted soils. And being hypo will make that worse. Try taking about 400 mcg and see how you feel. And vit C, too. That will help with absorption of the T3. Take a couple of thousand before bed. Aparantly, that's the best time to take it.
Thanks. I have had all of that before. However with all the medication for osteoporosis has affected my digestive system and having difficulty with sever heart burns in as much as when I want to work on my garden I have to abstain from eating until I finish the work. I will start slowly on small doses since there isn't much choice for us.
Do you have low stomach acid? If so, try betain tablets, or apple cider vinegar before meals. Most hypos have low stomach acid, anyway, and that will mean you have difficulty absorbing nutrients.
Do you have the results of your nutrient blood tests? B12 and all that.
