I have UAT and am v v unwell. I'm in Levo and T3 replacement.
I am in the process of seeing a naturopath but is is very expensive an not a viable option for me. I'd like to try and get NDT from my GP on a named patient basis but not sure when documentation I should take with me. I have some things from the thyroid website just need more evidence to prove it is worth trying for my. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If you post your recent thyroid results and ranges members will advise whether you are optimally medicated.
NDT isn't licensed for UK use so it's rarely prescribed on the NHS. Doctors can prescribe unlicensed drugs on a named patient basis but few are willing to assume the personal responsibility of doing so, and some CCGs prohibit GPs from prescribing NDT. Most members using NDT have private prescriptions or buy online and self medicate.
When you speak to your doctor be aware s/he may not be familiar with the acronym NDT and ask for Armour, NatureThroid, WP or Erfa.
