Advice needed on my last few test results. On T3 only regime.

Hi guys and gals. (currently on T3 only regime)

Just came back from my Endo appointment at Cheltenham.

Was wondering if you could give me any advice as to how Im doing.? I was on 30mg a day and am thinking of taking a little more T3 as my Endo said I could try. Im on 30mg taken throughout day three times a day in 10's.

My newest result is at the start!

TODAY'S result was - On 30mg a day)

TSH. - 3.1

free T4 ( missing result.)

Free T3 - 5.8

on 9th June 2015 when I was taking 20mg only.

TSH - 2.6

FREE T4 -8.0

FREE T3 -9.6

on 16th December 2015 on 20mg only

TSH - 2.8

Free t4 - 7.8

Free t3 - 4.6

Can anyone enlighten me as to how Im doing at all??....I dont know why there was no T4 result this time? Sorry.

I am on 30mg spread through day....how much more and when do you think I need to take.

I would be really grateful for any notes or help...thanks muchly x Sam

Anuba, the most important thing is how are you feeling. And do you have the reference ranges as that helps to see where the results are. You should get your blooods done first thing in the morning and fast with only water and don't take any meds for 24 hours before the test. After all that , the most important thing still is how you are feeling.

my tsh range here is 0.2-5.5

free t4 range here is 10.0- 24.5

and

free t3 range here is 3.9-6.7

How do you feel on t3 only? I ask because I'm hoping to have a trial soon.
