Welcome to the forum, Hels74.
Most people will feel well and able to exercise a few weeks after they are optimally treated and for most this will be when TSH is just above or below 1.0 with FT4 in the upper range.
If you get a printout of your results with ranges (figures in brackets after results) and post them in a new question members will advise whether you are optimally medicated.
You haven't posted the range for iron so I don't know whether it is low. If your doctor has prescribed iron, it's obviously low and will be causing fatigue. Take iron tablets with 500mg-1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation and take iron 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.
Vitamins are often low/deficient in hypothyroid patients so ask your GP to test vitamin D, B12 and folate. Post the results and ranges in a new question for advice on supplementing.
