Salt is salt chemically, some contain other minerals which may help or hinder our health.I do not think there is any special advantage in Himalayan salt most of which is mined in Pakistan.

I have looked at this for weeks and have now purchased some sole and also a salt lamp... I take my Levothyroxine every morning on an empty stomach and I have been told you should drink sole first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Will this affect my tablets? Should I drink the sole first and then take my tablets half an hour later? I have searched google but cant find any answers.

Not what you're looking for?
