I felt nauseous on levo but found it eased after I started taking it at bedtime rather than first thing in the morning.

You might find you get better uptake of the Levo too if take it at bedtime

Might find this useful info too ....basically don't be in a rush to change the dose.

i had the same syptoms, i have to take my levo at night (for me, that is anytime after 6pm) also, needs to be taken on an empty stomach. to this day, i cannot take my levo during the day (5 years now) it will cause me to have nauseau and that heavy head feeling, but taking at night works for me, hope this helps

Thank you both for your reply's, this may sound like a stupid question, if I take it at night & it's meant to be on an empty stomach, how long after eating my last meal do I need to leave it?

Aineyy, 2 hours after eating and drinking.

i take it before i eat dinner (but i work until 6pm, so i eat later than most people) im usually pretty hungry by then, i would guess an empty stomach is probably every 4 hours, thats usually the time when we get hungry between meals. i have forgotten to take my levo at times after eating, i just take it anyway on full stomach, i guess as long as most days i take it correctly, the occasional dose taken with food will still get absorbed just not as well.

i have realized that if i forgot to take my levo, and i remember after i eat, i always take it still, its better to take it than to skip a dose altogether
