Has anybody felt more nauseous in general after beginning Levo. I’m definitely feeling this way generally..I’m taking kefir etc that’s helping a bit but it’s not getting rid of it. It’s not a major thing I’m wondering if taking the Levo with food may help..I know this may affect absorption but could be worth a try?

Nausea on Levothyroxine
I've taken my levo with food for several years. It was recommended to me by Dr Peatfield who said that it's better for the stomach.
Also have you tried different brands of levo? They affect people differently.
I found it made me nauseous and realized it was because it made me dairy intolerant which is quite common when adding levothyroxine to the stomach as it can turn off the bodies lactase production
Three days without dairy is usually long enough to see a difference if it is that... even with lactose levo
Dr Ken Blanchard also noticed that some of his thyroid patients felt ill if they took levo on an empty stomach. He suggested take it with food but on the understanding you may need a slightly higher dose
I got it a few weeks back on the last dose increase. It coincided with ear infection too. Both of which can be hypothyroid related. In fact I posted about the same issue!
Boiling fresh ginger and drinking it helped massively! It did go away.
