Does anyone know name of a natural tablet to increase t3 levels?

Depends what you mean by "natural". Any form of NDT is about as natural as you will get - animal not human hormone. I don't know if any compounding pharmacy makes up bioidentical thyroid hormone. Thyrogold and Nutri-meds Thyroid are non-prescription dessicated thyroid supplements

Optimum levels of B12, selenium, ferritin and folate will help T4 to T3 conversion.

T3 (liothyronine) is synthetic. The only tablets which contain T3 are natural dessicated thyroid hormones which contain, T4, T3, T2, T1 and calcitonin.

Monkeypants, you are already taking NutriThyroid which is a thyroid supplement to improve overall thyroid function. Thyroid function tends to decline with time rather than improve so you may need prescription meds to improve function and FT3.
