Posted week ago about latest bloods but didn't have T3 then. Now I do..
Free T3 - 5 ( range 4-6.8 I think)
Free T4 - 14 ( range 12-24 I think)
TSH - 7 (have no idea on range but my notes say it should be 1 or under)
For past week or so I've actually been feeling so much better. Kinda felt like how I used to feel and head felt so clear but then wednesday afternoon my head all of a sudden felt funny (confusionish) and haven't felt right since. Now have this annoying cough, sniffy nose and my skin clammy and very cold (though habe periods where it's hot)

Most members medicating on Levothyroxine function best with at a TSH of 1.0 or under. Your body was enjoying the thyroid meds...hence good feelings... but you still don't have enough...hence the slump..!!
Your T4 & T3 are still under half way through range so you require a dose increase.
Hot and cold could still be caused by Hashimotos as it's only 5 months since you were diagnosed. Hashi attacks would be exacerbated by low thyroid hormones.
Sorry for late reply! Didn't get notifications for some odd reason.
I actually think i felt better despite the off labs. My head has gone again now though. Brain fog and confusion are getting pretty bad. One minute my head can feel ok and the next feel like im losing my mind.
Hypo101, As the note says, TSH should be around 1.0. Your FT4 is very low and I think your FT3 5, which is good, is only so good because high TSH is flogging thyroid production and conversion. Have your meds been increased.
