natural menopause remedies and blood tests?

Have recently been taken off HRT and menopause symptoms have returned, what natural remedies i.e over the counter mess can I take that don't interfere with TFT blood results. I take 125mcg of Levo.

Natural progesterone cream is great in addressing hormone problems, especially estrogen dominance. I have been using it for twenty years, first as I was entering menopause and still now, many years past menopause. it is protective of bone health.

It alone resolved my insomnia, mood, brain fog etc. It was several years later when I was dx as hypo and have been successfully treated with NDT. The two items are not contra-indicated.

You just count 10 days from the first day of your period and start applying the progesterone cream (approx. 10 mgs, not the usually suggested 20 mgs) and apply for 10 - 14 days. Then stop, Period happens within a few days. If one is menopausal (no more periods) just pick any 2 week period in the month and apply the cream. Taking a week/two week break from the cream allows the cell receptors to remain sensitive to the effects of the progesterone cream.

Emerita ProGest is a good quality natural progesterone cream product. You want a progesterone cream that contains USP Grade progesterone. Stay away from 'yam' only products and some have moisturizers/oils that can interfere with absorption of the progesterone.

I haven't tried this but many women are quite pleased with supplementing with black cohosh, a natural herbal product, for the relief of hormonal symptoms. Find a high

quality product and start off slow. As always, do your own research and homework.
