I desperately need your help..not only have I got thyroid issues but my 19 year old daughter has problems too waiting on her blood test..

Native, if you post your thyroid results, and results for ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate with the ranges (the figures in brackets after the results) and the same for your daughter, I'll try to help.

23april test

0.3 -4.2 mU/l....plasma TSH 53.67 high

9 -19 pmol/L

plasma free T4 level 8.1 pmol/L low

2nd test 4 august 15

0.30-4.20mU/l

plasma TSH level

9.00-19.00pmol/L

plasma free T4 level

plasma pottasium level

0.55-1.90mmol/L

no other test ..was put on 125 thyroxin

Native, you've put the ranges for the second test but haven't included the results.

TSH was high, and FT4 low, in April. 125mcg is a replacement dose but I need to see the August results to see whether it is enough.
