Ayreshirelass, B12 and folate are co-dependant. Folate is optimal 13-20. You should stop the folic acid then. It's a good idea to take a B Complex when supplementing B12 to keep the other B vits balanced. Your B12 is low considering you have 8 weekly injections. You might want to supplement methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges, spray or patches in between injections.
If thyroid results are from taking 175mcg you are undermedicated. Your TSH is high, FT4 less than halfway through range and FT3 just over halfway through range.
I assume you take Levothyroxine on an empty stomach with water, one hour before or, two hours after food and drink, 2 hours away from other medication and supplements and, 4 hours away from iron, calcium, vitamin D and oestrogen.
The goal of Levothyroxine is to restore the patient to euthyroid status and for most people this will mean TSH around 1.0 with FT4 towards/in the upper quadrant of range and FT3 towards/in the top third of range. thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_... Your ferritin is desperately low and may be affecting your ability to absorb Levothyroxine. If you can't tolerate anything stronger than Spatone you might try iron bisglycinate which is supposed to be gentle on the gut. Take each iron dose with 500mcg-1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipaton.
Well, as Clutter said, your thyroid isn't fine at all.
But if I were you, I wouldn't take folic acid, I'd get myself some methylfolate - I know your doctor will say they're the same thing, but they aren't. Methylfolate is much more easily aborbed and won't cause you any kind of problem.
