Hi - your test results didn't include any reference ranges, so it is hard to interpret them. You can find generalised reference ranges here:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood...
...but they are often slightly different for each lab, so they should provide them for you.
The photograph shows your White Blood Cell Count, Neutrophils, Mean Cell Volume and Red Cell Distribution Width have been highlighted, which probably means they are out of range. According to the Wikipedia ranges, the WBC may be slightly high, neutrophils may be slightly high, MCV may be slightly low, and RDW may be slightly high. But that really depends on your own lab's ranges.
High RDW with low MCV can suggest iron defficiency anaemia.
High WBC/neutrophils can suggest a bacterial infection, inflammation, or several other issues.
Your TSH is unlikely to be over any reference range, but it may be too high if you are being treated for hypothyroidism.
You didn't indicate what your current symptoms are or why you had these tests? Also, you didn't say whether you are currently being treated for a thyroid problem or not? Without this info it's hard to understand the tests. What did your doctor say?
Hopefully someone else can provide some more helpful information!
