Trembling

Does anyone have or had this experience when I was trying to sleep last night my whole body was trembling but it was on the inside very weird feeling

Hello yes I get this too but unfortunately I've never found out why I get it, hopefully someone will have the answers for us both

Yes I get it also, I think it has something to do with the Adrenals as I tend to get it more when I feel my body is running on empty.

Yes I feel the same it's like I've nothing left to give and I tremble inside for hours

Well browney I don't know to be honest but I'm soooo tired I could actually lie down on the floor . Recently I've been researching adrenals an I defo think I've a prob . No way is this tiredness normal thank you for advice for any tips in advance

Yes I get this too sometimes it is horrible. I used to take magnesium supplements before I went to bed and stopping them seemed to help. Recently I was taking vitamin c supplements before bed and it started again. Stopping them has seemed to help too. I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks Sandra . I am really sick of this tyroid crap now . Everyone seems to have issues with meds . Nitemare I feel like stopping everything an c a Chinese doc . Waiting for blood results first got them took yesterday . Hope u have a lovely weekend
