Please could someone help by analysing what's going on ? I'm a 68 year old woman, I have been taking 100 mcg of Levothyroxine for about 2-3 months I'm still getting hot sweats and eye twitching but my energy levels are better than on a lower dose weight hasn't changed much. A Thyroid Peroxidase AB Serum Thyroid Peroxidase AB <5.0iu/mL [0.0-35.0]. Thyroid Function Test(x77Wg Serum free T4 level XaERr) above range 23.pmol/L[12.0-22.0]. Serum TSH level (XaElv) Below range 0.15 mu/L[0.3-4.2]

Angiebaby9, Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are negative which means autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) isn't the cause of your hypothyroidism. If you feel well on your current dose it isn't important that your TSH is slightly below range or your FT4 slightly over.
If the hot sweats and eye twitching were present when you were taking a lower dose of Levothyroxine they may be related to something else. I presume menopause can be ruled out. It's certainly worth checking your B12 and folate levels.
