This really makes me think more and more that there is an enormous difference between a jobbing doctor, who treats - by-flow-chart, and someone who really wants to do a good job, understands the tests, constantly studies, has a clear idea of wanting patients to be symptom-free, and all the rest of it.

They are as different as night and day.
