We really need reference ranges to give accurate feedback. But even without them, I can tell that your B12 and folate are much too low.

B12 should be over 500 ng/L as a bare minimum because neurological damage can occur at levels lower than this. Preferably, you need your level to be closer to 1000 ng/L. Being high in range or over the range for B12 is not dangerous at all. If your body gets more B12 than it needs you just excrete the extra in urine.

The best B12 supplement is methylcobalamin. Buy it in tablet form, stick the tablet under your tongue, or under your top lip, or between teeth and cheek, and let it dissolve as slowly as possible. Don't suck or chew it. Most people buy Jarrow or Solgar brands. Amazon is a good source. For your first bottle, buy 5000mcg tablets, then when that is finished buy 1000mcg tablets to maintain your levels. It is possible you may get mild, flu-like, detox symptoms when you start but they will wear off.

The best folate supplement is methylfolate. You will find that folic acid is often recommended, but it is synthetic and not as good for you as methylfolate. You have two choices - buy a methylfolate supplement separately or buy a methylated B Complex which will give you all the B vitamins. I would suggest the B Complex (but you still have to take the methylcobalamin suggested above). The one I use is this one :

shop.thorne.com/basic-b-com...

It is available from lots of sites, including Amazon, so shop around for the best price. It has all the B vitamins in the form your body is most likely to be able to absorb. I take one a day. Another one I've read good things about is by Pure Encapsulations.

It isn't good to use reference ranges from other labs, because strictly speaking they won't apply. But just to give you an idea, the last reference range I got for folate was :

4.6 - 18.7 ug/L

I've posted again as couldn't post another pic thanks

What I wrote above still applies, even with the ranges you've now posted.
