Hi could someone please help my sister to understand her results. Thank you in advance

Hi Aud, most of them look pretty good. Does she feel well? Cortisol is better tested by saliva taken throughout the day and should be highest in the morning and reducing to lower levels at night.

TSH of 1 is excellent.

She really should ask her doctor if one directed these tests as to what they mean. These are the tests usually recommended if she feels she has a thyroid problem.

Hi Heloise , my sister has been working out 5 x a week but seems to be gain weight. She wanted to know if something in her results showed a reason why x she's at her wits end x

If she does have a thyroid problem then working out so much will probably make her worse, not better. It uses up T3, and if she hasn't got enough to begin with...

You can have a thyroid problem with a normal TSH - something doctors just Don't understand, so she really needs all her other labs done, as others have suggested.

Her egfr is low so need to rule out early stage kidney disease as stated in the lab comment below the result.

That's interesting she has had continuous urine infections and just found out she has kidney stones x

You could recommend your sister take magnesium supplements and vitamin K2 which puts calcium where it belongs.

I also think John Bergman has great advice on adrenals and thyroid so hopefully this one on kidneys is just as good.
