Liver blood results help please

Hi. I have posted the blood results from my wife. The doctor has taken more blood and booked her in for a scan, but was vague on what he was looking for.

Can anyone help explaining what these blood readings are showing.

Picture is not too clear so here are the reading said to be above average.

Serum alanine amino transferase 92 iu/ l

Serum triglyceride 3.6 mol/l

AST serum 54 iu/ l

I don't know what the results mean. I know that elevated liver enzymes are linked to hashimotos but no one ever tells you what to do about it
