could anyone give me advise on the best time to take thyroxine. I take it in the mornings at the moment. if took at night would it interfere with sleep. my sleep is poor at the moment anyway. any suggestions and advise welcome x

Just got to make sure you take the evening dose 2 hrs after food/drink+minerals+supplements; plain water ok in the 2hrs.
I take it as soon as I wake up, half an hour before breakfast

Lots of people have found it beneficial to take it at bedtime. If you do so, remember to miss this dose if you are having a blood test next morning (at the earliest). You can also take your night dose as usual.
I take it just before turning the lights out at bedtime and have never noticed any interference with getting to sleep. I would say try it out and see how it goes for you.
