I have just received blood test results ready to go to Endo next week but I have to see gp Endo as the lab suggest I'm over replaced.
Ths 0.02 (0.35-5.00)
Free t4 24.6 (11.0-23.0)
Free t3 11.6 (3.9-6.8)
Which, I know looks over replaced but I don't feel over replaced!! I feel ok! Temperature back up to 36.2 after years in 34s. Bp is fine pulse bit fast in 80s or 90s but night sweats have stopped and I have some energy at last,
I am expecting them to reduce meds but I don't want them too! Would appreciate any thoughts

The Endo I'm due to see next Tuesday increased it to that. I was surprised at the time because my t3 levels then were something around 5-6 and I was on 30 lio. It will be interesting to see what he says next week.
Jeans, Taking meds a couple of hours before your blood draw can cause a peak result but I doubt it would be enough to produce FT3 11.6. I'm fairly sure your GP and endo will want your dose reduced to bring FT3 within range. Some doctors aren't fussed about suppressed TSH or slightly above range FT4 but most insist that FT3 remains within range.
I also had over range FT3 during the summer, 8.4 (3.2-6.2) and didn't feel over replaced although I had slight hand tremors and a lot of hair loss. I reduced T3 by 10mcg without feeling hypo and 7 weeks later hair loss stopped. 3 months later FT3 was 4.5.
