Thanks for the info. I use NatureThyroid. I had issues with Armour, I wonder if it was because of the reformulation. It was during the right time frame.

I used Armour until around 2005 when there seemed to be a shortage and switched to Erfa which I found very satisfactory and then that was impossible to get. I went back to Armour and like you, the reformulation didn't seem to be working, I started gaining weight and when I spoke to Forest Labs they sent me a new bottle but I didn't trust it. They never admitted it was different. Now I'm on T3 but now there is an issue with that as well and may have to go back to NDT. Perhaps I'll try Nature Thyroid or maybe I'll just buy my own pig.

Looking at the other WP thyroid made by RLC labs, I like the fact it has fewer fillers. I wonder what the cost.

Thank you Heloise, very helpful info. Rather worrying that Armour and Efra have changed the make up in recent times and people are getting hypo symptoms again.

I hope the list is still current. You know you can call the companies directly and question them. Forest Labs (Armour) was helpful to me.

Not so convenient for folks in the UK to make calls to the desiccated thyroid manufacturers as they are 'overseas' for us.
