it could be gout which is kidney problems Braggs apple cider vinegar or any ACV that has raw and organic on the label helps break down the uric acid. do you drink coffee or tea if so stop also cut out dairy products and meat will all be contributing to your problems.

Medical grade Sodium Bicarbonate is really good for helping the kidneys don't buy the supermarket one due to the mining impurities that are allowed in them like mercury arsenic and lead also if you use make up these contain high amounts of lead so you need to research what brands don't have lead in them.

definitely don't drink any caffeine two hours before or on the flight as this is a major cause of jetlag. you need to learn about food and what works with what in order to cure yourself the doctors are quite happy to have you taking there medications as they get a nice bonus from it. start using distilled water and eplace table salt with organic sea salt the ingredients have to be listed on the packet otherwise it will just be table salt which is toxic for us.

I used to get it all the time. It was, in my case, helped in the short term by wearing support panties with a panel at the front, because with hypothyroidism the fluid often gathers in the stomach, and the weight on the front of my stomach was dragging at my back muscles.

If you are working in an air conditioned environment, do make sure you drink enough water, it is easy too to get dehydrated, which can cause the kidneys to ache.

The long-term solution was Liothyronine (T3) because I was never adequately medicated on Levo due to conversion problems. It has helped me to lose my bulging tummy which has helped my back.

Might be worth looking up piriformis syndrome. There are exercises you can do.

I put my jeans on this morning and was then cooking. It wasn't long before my lower back was shouting at me ! I have noticed when I pull up the zip on my jeans - it does a good job of pulling in my tum ! This in turn puts pressure on the damaged nerves in my lower back. So it was back to the smart leggings with zips at the ankle - and everything was fine ! I have been wearing various leggings for most of the winter - and the jeans only occasionally come out. Hopefully it is something as simple as that :-)

Piriformis problems can also be connected - have been trying to put that right in yoga for years....but is well worth considering....
