Your free T4 looks a bit low given that range. My maths isn't great but I think it should be nearer 1.5 (and, of course, your TSH indicates a failing thyroid). Not a usual UK range, where are you? What was your free T3?
Ferritin needs to be around half way up the range to convert T4 to T3
