I Don't know if it talks about thyroid because I haven't had time to read all the articles, but it talks about a lot of the other nasty side-effects...

So soy sauce looks ok as its fermented.

Beware! That dépends on the soy sauce. The cheap stuff often isn't, so make sure before you slurp it all over your Chinese food!

my husband is dairy-intolerant and he eats soy yoghurts. I keep telling him not to eat them but to use the coconut yoghurt I have and am now making. As he takes no notice of me I've just e-mailed him the Mercola link.
