Feels like elephant sitting on my chest! Advice appreciated.

Hi everyone, thanks for advice on earlier posts. At present taking 50mcg of levo and 10 mcg of T3 divided into two doses. Was originally on 75 mcg of thyroxine only. Have been having trouble introducing the t3 , even at low dose seems to make heart pound. Had hoped to rectify this by reducing the t4 but made little difference. The heart pounding sensation has become more bearable after two weeks and do not feel as jittery. However I feel a constant tightness down middle chest, along the sternum, like a huge weight. Is this normal? Or does it mean I cannot tolerate the t3? I have noticed no improvement in symptoms, in fact feel worse. Absolutely no energy, extremely cold, problems sleeping. I wonder also if putting more pressure on adrenals as recent tests show low cortisol and very low DHEA. I feel in a sort of limbo. I think increasing t3 will just make issues worse. Advice appreciated please. I think previously suggested increase levo but dr not keen to do this. I am starting to think should have thyroid meds alone and worked on adrenals first. Sorry long post, just hating this tight sensation.
