Ok...well I've had some blood results. ..I'm confused about the only thyroid result which says ...serum TSH level...0.39mlU/L (0.27-4.2)TSH within ref range makes primary hypothyroidism or hyper very unlikely. .contact duty biochemist if clinical suspicion remains....

Les, it's a stupid comment the labs make to GPs. It means your TSH appears to be euthyroid (normal) and you are neither over nor under medicated according to their guidelines. They don't know from the blood test whether you are taking medication or not.
Ok thanks... don't know why the t3 and T4 and antibodies are coming separate. ... apparently I've had to book test for celiac. ...could this comment to gp have anything to do with I'm taking ndt now do you think?
Les, it's a standard lab note, nothing to do with meds. The test can't determine whether or not you're taking meds or what kind, it just measures levels. T3 & T4 may take longer if they are tested elsewere because the TSH lab isn't geared up for it.
Is your result lower or higher than previous TSH test? If you are on levo then to feel well you usually need TSH to be 1 or below to feel well. How are you feeling?. Just read clutter's reply. My Gp always puts on the bloods form that I am taking levo!
My last test 10 month ago TSH was 11..... and I was taking 150 levo .. decided to self medicate so I've been on ndt the last 3 weeks......taking 1 and half grains
