On the off chance that this is actually a serious question... :)

Rice, sugar, salt, malt flavoring, iron, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), alpha tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), niacinamide, vitamin A palmitate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin D.

Check the ingredients on all brands from different shops as some might not. I recall asda own brand,,/cheap brands didn't but kellogs did. Mind that was 7 years ago I used eat them.

Saying that....kellogs actually do gluten free rice krispies, where from I don't know, I just had a quick google but have to go out now. If you ever get stuck though have a look at celiac directory for which foods are safe. X

I haven't seen them either. I think some supermarkets have GF cereals on their Free From shelves.

I don't know if you're a member but Coeliac UK produce the most amazing directory of everything GF plus loads of amazing information - ive got a friend who is GF and he uses it all the time.

None of this will help though if you are looking at a packet of Rice Crispies in your kitchen cupboard and having a craving right now.

Malt is from barley and lots of coeliacs are alright eating oats. My husband isn't unfortunately, so he can't eat Kelloggs cereals. Clemmie

Barley and oats are two different plants, Barrister.

Grey goose, Oats contain avenin which is similar to gluten and that is the reason why people can have problems with oats. You can get gluten free oats but some people ( my husband included) cannot eat even gluten free oats. Clemmie

Yes, I know that. lol But you said 'Malt is from barley and lots of coeliacs are alright eating oats.' Which implies you think they're the same thing. I don't know, just trying to be helpful. :)

It is required that a statement of what the product contains is on the box!! A lot of cereals are cooked up in the same ovens as gluten containing foods and are therefore contaminated.

The Coeliac Uk booklet says most own brand Rice cerial is OK for coeliacs.

I used to have them with no problem, but then I heard that rice protein is similar to gluten so the body may react to that in some people.

Kellogs rice crispies are not gluten free due to the barley. Supermarket rice crispies have Avery low level of gluten and therefore are OK for most coleacs
