Every night for the last few weeks I've been woken up every night by numb forearms, once I've massaged them as best I can, I get full feeling back and then it happens again. It only happens when I'm sleeping and not during the day. They feel numb but no pins and needles.
Does anybody else experience this and is it normal?

I can't comment on exactly what it is caused by for you but it is common in hypothyroidism, and I do get it . Sometimes worse than others. Something to do with the blood flow and oxygen getting to the nerves etc in. Other co morbidities that cause autoimmune neuropathies etc etc. Adrenal or iron insufficiency is certainly worth checking out.
Yes, I do too. Except for me, it's fingers and thumbs. Sometimes I get quite scared that the feeling's not going to come back, but so far (touch wood!) it has. My B12 and ferritin was fine when I tested recently, so for me, it's not that.
Snap! I used to get it too. Mine was my arms/ hands whenever I sleep in the day (not at night) also if I hold my phone for too long? I have hashimotos and I'm not sure if that matters or not but I havent had it for a month or so? And I don't know what IT is or what causes it sorry 😩 wish I did x
