Anyone that can help me learn more about adrenal fatigue, since I think that's what's causing my thyroid to go underactive? And can explain how pregnenolone works and what is for ?

Hi Juan, you could be very right about that. I have so many bookmarks for adrenal fatigue and cortisol and they are all very informative. Before your adrenals start to fail, you probably had high cortisol so I'll list what I have and you can decide which you think would help you most.
