Citrus, this is a forum for thyroid problems so I don't think you'll get much help here. Click on My Communities on the green HU bar and select Browse communities and enter Gastritis or Prostatitis and you may find a support community.
You could look into the possibility you have one of the following :
1) Helicobacter Pylori
2) Parasites
3) Systemic candida or candidiasis
4) Low stomach acid
Number 1 - 3 really need proper testing. But number 4 can be tested for, rather crudely, at home. See these links for more information :
