Hello can anyone tell me about their experience at Dr Hertoghe cliic in belgium and if they recomend it or not thank you

I was a patient in Hertoghe's clinic from 2004-06 (I never saw him personally, though), and I have to say that, knowing what I know now, I am kind of disappointed...the associate of TH's who say me in his clinic wanted my TSH between 0.5 and 2 and, when NDT failed to keep it within that range, he took me off NDT and put me back on thyroxine...

I am not saying H's practice is bad. It all depends on the doctor(s) you meet there. Some doctors are great, and will let your FTs, especially your FT3 levels, guide your treatment, while others will obsess about your TSH ...

Yes, I've heard that too. TH himself is wonderful, but a friend of mine said that she went there and saw one of his associates who suggested she see a psychiatrist rather than and endo!

I know of someone who goes who sees Tierry's sister and has had excellent treatment, put it this way if left to gp's in UK she wouldn't have had two children!!!

Thanks, I called the practice of TH's sister, Thérèse Hertoghe. Unfortunately, the first appointment available is in late June, but I decided to accept it. I have read other posts by patients of hers who say she is great. She is in private practice, which I think is a good thing compared to her brother's practice where several doctors take turns.
