Help for aches and pains

Just thought I would post this as suffered with terrible aching neck and shoulders and have started having dead sea salt baths and has really helped,seems to draw out toxins from muscles and joints.They are half price in waitrosevtoo at moment x

Hi thanks for that info,no wonder it's so good.I once got some fantastic salts from a company called solrox from a health fair I was nearly floating in the bath, they were so pure,once I have used up the ones. I have will try and order from themx

Will give this a go as I to suffer terribly with shoulder and neck pains. I had used Epsom salts but I've not been very consistent, but if it helps I will do I it. Thanks
