Just got bit d3 result over phone

They say within range

Aparently 23 is below range and 5o is normal

I'm 83 I've no idea with this one ty

Sorry is that you vit d if it is I'm sure 83 is really good I had mine done last week an mine was 4 I'm sure someone who knows more will be along I'm knew to al this an still learning

Hi Lorr67, 83 for Vit D3 is good. Anything over 75 is replete and needs to be over this for thyroid meds to work.

Over 50 nmol/L is 'adequate' - I feel less joint pain & better over 100 (range to 250).
