Hi, Natalie.
Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) which is causing your hypothyroidism. They're not very high so you may be able to get rid of them or at least preventing them rising by adopting a gluten-free diet.
I have a major problem with fructose (and dairy which I cut out 2 years ago) doc says ibs but hasn't tested and I think it is fructose malabsorbation - guess my question is ....is this possible?
