dont understand it at all

Hellybell, it means the antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's).

Yes, negative. But one negative antiboy test does not a Hashi's-free patient make!

Levels vary and they should be tested a few times to really know - they might have been having a tea break at the time you had the test - and even then, you can't really rule it out. People can have Hashi's without any antibodies showing on their tests. Can't remember where I read that...
