You will need to give more information for anyone to be able to help . Are you on thyroid medication and if so how much? Have you had any recent blood tests? If so, post results with reference ranges. How long since you were diagnosed, any other symptoms etc? Members will be keen to help if you tell us more.

Nicholas, you haven't given any medical history in your profile, only your name.

As suggested we need more information. If you haven't had a blood test for your thyroid gland, ask your GP for a full thyroid function test. They usually only do a TSH which doesn't tell us much. Ask for a T4, T3, FreeT4 and Free T4. Ask also for a vitamin B12, Vitamin D, iron, ferrin and folate. Get a print-out from the GP for your own records and they must have the ranges (figures in brackets after results) and post on a new question for comments.

Not what you're looking for?
