I feel so shaky, dizzy and unsteady on my feet, I have to lie down. Could this be due to high monocytes and basophils?just had a full blood count done.
Came off HRT, fluoxetine , and half inderal about a month ago.
Any comments please?

Coming off all those, I think, would be a major change for your body and it might need time to readjust.
Do you have your latest thyroid results and have you had your adrenals tested with the saliva cortisol test?
Did you just become hypo during menopause? I think it is common. What are you taking for thyroid and what dose and for how long?
HI I don't know if this will be useful for you m but I felt very unwell this week with cardio issues ( had my first and only SVT episode resulting in a trip to A&E and something I hope never happens again!!) My TSH last week where 0.02 (0.35- 3.5) and T4 14 ( 8-21), FT3 3.2 (3.8- 6).
I came off HRT 6 weeks ago and I have been looking for answers as to whether there is an correlation?? I can only assume that by having to slightly increase levo when commencing HRt one should decrease Levo when ceasing HRT. I started my homework with p67, british-thyroid-association... .
Hope you feel better soon Janer
Thanks Helzy, I'll check it out. Feel rubbish. No one told me to lower my dose so I'm still the on the same.
Helzy may be correct. Your FT4 is fairly high but it would be essential to know what your FT3 is to know whether you are over medicated at all. And, yet, your dose would be considered very low compared to many and lowering it to 50 mcg. would be considered a starting dose. This is difficult but if you are desperate, you could skip one dose tomorrow and see how the day goes until you can get some further tests.
