Well I seem to be getting better, although still can't walk very far - been to Taunton today with husband - for the first time ever I was panicking when we couldn't get a park near the shops - think I'll apply for a blue badge!! Still not lost weight which is gaulling, but hey! My big problem is the swollen ankles, but not just that, when I rub a red spot, you can see blood moving - anyone know what this is? On the other hand - my hands are vastly improved since I have been taking the homeopathic drops from my Winchester Doc - in a matter of a week I can see a real improvement - swings and roundabouts eh?

Sheena - I've mentioned on here about Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapy. It really did help with reducing the swelling on my feet and ankles, probably had around 8 sessions.
You need to make sure that they are registered - my therapist, who was absolutely lovely, works with cancer patients. The treatment itself is not painful whatsoever, in fact it's really relaxing.
