My Endocrinologist told me that everyone in the UK should be taking Vitamin D. We don't have enough sunlight in this country even in the summer. I follow her recommendation.
Nicky, I take vitD3, B12, B complex, magnesiium, zinc and vitC. First two are via Amazon and the others are supermarket own brands. I get Selenium from 2/3 Brazil nuts daily.
I'm not sure kelp is necessary or recommended when on Levothyroxine or why you need Thyrosense when you are thyroidless.
I am curious Clutter that you take selenium? I took it when I had a thyroid, but now it has been removed, I don't bother. Is there something I don't know?
Margo, selenium is particularly good for thyroid health but it is good for general health too. It was recommended to me by a thyroidless patient and I love Brazil nuts so I happily followed her recommendation.
