I can't get my vit b injections for 2 weeks and I feel horrendous. Really anxious and breathless with no energy. This is not good.

I self-inject, its really easy, and well worth doing it. 3 monthly nhs injections are just outrageous when people are suffering.

(when I say I self inject, I mean my partner does it because I cant actually bring myself to stick the needle in myself lol)

This is why i inject myself, i dont want to be dependent on the nhs. I inject as often as i need, not when the nhs thinksi need it

There are many sources - but those in the UK require a prescription. And the rules here mean that no-one can identify sources in public - private messages only, please.

They are not even expensive!

Needles and syringes may be purchased within the UK.

Hey I self inject - my german endo told me the regimen is 'one a day for a week, one a week for a month, and one a month for a year' and I now inject every couple of months.

I buy from Germany - PM me if you want the apothekary details.
